Refunds are provided for anyone who purchased a ticket to an event that they did not attend. Refund requests must be made via email within 7 days after missing the event. 

For Magic: the Gathering Prerelease Events, as well as events with capped attendance, your registration will be canceled automatically if you fail to be present at the event start time, in order to expedite the addition of people from our waitlist.  Refunds are processed at the time of cancelation in this case.

Please include the full name you used to purchase the ticket in your email and one of our Retail Supervisors will help you obtain a refund as soon as possible.
