Yes! You are totally welcome to bring in decorations and props for your special event.
However, we do have restrictions on the type of decorations you can use in your venue. The following items are not allowed at Mox Boarding House:
- Confetti, Glitter, Flower Petals, Sequins, Party Poppers, Bubbles or Bubble Machines,
- Sand, Flower Petals, Powder, Ash, Hay, Rice, etc.
- Nails, Tacks, Staples, Command Strips
- Non-Paint Safe Tape
- Anything which would cause unreasonable wear and tear on tables/chairs/floors or need significant cleanup
You and and a small number of guests will get access to the room about 15 minutes before the start of your event, however our staff may be in the room as well setting up for your event or turning it over from the event prior to yours. Please respect the needs of our team as well while they make the room ready for you and your party.
