Some events at Mox require preregistration and payment during the booking process. Unless otherwise mentioned in the event listing, any guest who fails to attend their event will receive an automatic refund for the full cost of their event. Please allow up to 7 business days from the start time of the event for your refund to show up on your bank statement. 

 

For Magic: The Gathering Prerelease Events, as well as events with capped attendance, your registration will be cancelled automatically if you are not present at the start time of the event in order to expedite adding any people who are on the wait list. 

 

If you need to cancel your event registration in advance, please contact your local store's events team via email and provide your name and order number. Cancellations and refunds requested by guests will be taken care of as soon as possible.
