Mox Boarding House employees do not evaluate condition of your order, nor will we make changes to your packaging unless requested or required (in the case of cards brought in loose)
On dropping off your ready-to-ship Card Kingdom Sell Order package, we will go through several steps
- We'll fill out a triplicate form with the following information
- The date of drop off
- The Customer Name, first and last
- The sell order numbers for each order in the package
- The initials of the staff member who accepts your drop off
- This form is split in three and:
- One copy is affixed to your order to make it easy to identify
- One is provided to you as confirmation of drop-off
- One is retained by the location as record of a drop-off received
- The order is placed in a hold with other Sell Orders, until the location's next mailing date
- All collected Sell Orders are mailed to the Card Kingdom Warehouse
- Your order is marked as received once it arrives, and begins the Grading Intake process
- Once your order has been checked into our grading queue, it usually takes 2-5 business days for your order to be finalized and payment to be issued.
